Operations Manager - BEAZ Logistics

BEAZ Logistics is a fast-growing, family-run logistics company operating across multiple sites with leading partners including Amazon, DPD, DHL, and FedEx. We are now seeking a driven, resilient, and experienced Operations Manager to take a leading role in running our FedEx sites while providing support to our other operations.

What You'll Do:

Take day-to-day responsibility for managing and optimising operations at our FedEx sites.
Support other sites in the BEAZ network, ensuring consistency and high performance across the business.
Lead, motivate, and manage a large team of drivers and on-site staff, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and professionalism at all times.
Oversee fleet management, ensuring vans are compliant, roadworthy, and available to meet operational needs.
Step in to deliver routes personally if requiredto support the team and uphold service standards.
Drive performance improvements, proactively tackle challenges, and ensure targets are met.

What We're Looking For:

Proven management experience in logistics, transport, or similar industries, ideally with responsibility for large teams and multiple vehicles*.

Strong, resilient, and confident leadership style - able to make tough decisions and handle pressure.
Practical knowledge of fleet management(compliance, maintenance, and utilisation).
Hands-on attitude - willing to roll up your sleeves and get on the road if needed.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: 131.00-150.00 per day
