Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and enhance our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all departments.

Responsibilities

Day to day running of the company taking orders via phone and email- giving quotes assigning work to drivers and contractors vehicle checks delivering of items/driving to deliver will be required some days

Requirements

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in a relevant industry. Strong understanding of operational processes and good experience with microsoft office,Excel,Word,outlook and other similar programs. Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strategic approach to decision-making.
Must have driving licence - will be required to drive Vans and deliver clients goods.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all levels. A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not essential.
