We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Support Assistant at Llanrumney Hall Community Trust.

We offer a range of classes, activities, and services to benefit the community, often working in partnership with external stakeholders.

A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic and multitasking abilities.
Strong administration skills are required to ensure emails, messages, enquiries, and bookings are up to date.
Assisting with the invoicing process for both sales and purchases in Xero, along with banking reconciliation.
Working closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Charity and to deputise for the General Manager when required.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer focus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
A current driving license to assist with donation collections.
You will be a team player, capable of building good working relationships with colleagues and visitors.
Be an effective part of the current team with a genuine passion for making a difference in the community.
Proficient in using computerised systems.
It would be desirable to have proven experience in a customer-facing / service role.
Ensuring that all activities and events are planned, set up, and staffed accordingly.
Ensuring H&S protocols are followed.
The role is not limited to the above, you would be required to assist in other duties when necessary.
The successful candidate will be required to have a DBS check.
