We are seeking an Operations Support Assistant to join our small, friendly team based in Sunbury.
What you'll do:
Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely manner
Liaising with driving teams and managers to allocate work
Updating Contract Managers of any service issues
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
Create routes for drivers based on customer requests
Compile internal and external excel reports from delivery data
What you'll need:
B2B customer service experience (preferred)
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good IT skills including Excel and MS Office Suite
The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hours:
Monday to Friday- 08.00am- 18.30pm shifts, with hours open for discussion.
