The Role:
Reporting to the Facilities Manager you will provide hands-on, general support to users of the building and facilities, undertake porterage duties, basic troubleshooting, general support and some basic administration.
You will report to the facilities manger
Weekend and evening work will be required according to business needs.
About you:
The Facilities department is looking for enthusiastic Roundhouse individuals to join our Estates team, as Operations Support Assistant. We cover support for the site 7 days a week from 8 am to 10:30.
We take pride in our amazing venue and studio facilities, and our Estates team plays a key part in maintaining the presentation standards of our estate and ensuring that all our staff, visitors and young people have a positive and memorable experience here. In a busy and changing environment, it's important that our staff: work to high standards, are organised, reliable, able to deliver to
deadlines, and are willing and able to liaise with a variety of departments. If you have Porter, Office Admin or manual handling experience, we would love to hear from you.
The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check, or be willing to undertake

Contract: Permanent
Hours:35 hours per week (excluding breaks)
Salary: between 26 - 28k per annum
