The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented
Operations Support Assistant
to join our busy operations team. This is a vital role at the heart of our business--supporting smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring every hire runs like clockwork.
You'll be handling key administrative tasks, liaising with suppliers, and making sure hires are delivered, collected, and closed off correctly. If you're highly organised, a strong communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Confirming orders with suppliers and ensuring all details are accurate
Chasing deliveries and collections to keep jobs on schedule
Processing additional charges and finalising hire paperwork at end of hire
Maintaining clear records and updating systems accurately
Supporting the wider operations team to ensure service excellence
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role (hire or logistics experience a bonus)
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with confidence to liaise with suppliers and colleagues
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Pay: 24,000.00-25,000.00 per year
