We're now looking for an Operations Support Manager to join our team at Suntory Gloucester .



In this role, you'll be expected to drive operational excellence, support continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure our logistics operations run like clockwork -- all while leading with energy, precision, and a people-first mindset.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Support daily operations by coordinating logistics activities and ensuring smooth warehouse and transport functions. Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across safety, service, cost, and quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, implement solutions, and maintain high customer satisfaction. Use data and insights to identify trends, streamline processes, and support strategic decision-making. Lead and develop your team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Strong systems knowledge, including Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, and Transport Management Systems (TMS). Proven management experience, ideally within a fast-paced logistics or supply chain environment. Solid background in transport operations, with a clear understanding of compliance and efficiency. Confident in dealing with both customers and site teams, maintaining strong working relationships. Transport CPC qualification is desirable but not essential.
