A vacancy has arisen for an Operations Support Officer to join our successful Parking Services operation working 37 hours per week (74 hours over a two-week period on a rota basis).
Duties include the maintenance of car parks and repairs to pay units in off-street and on-street locations to ensure that we provide quality services to our customers. In addition, you will be required to conduct customer and traffic movement surveys as required.
The Operations Support Officer will work on a shift rota basis which will include some Saturday working, so flexibility will be required. This is a full time role on a permanent contract.
About You
It is essential that you have a flexible approach as duties will vary from day to day to accommodate operational needs, and you must be comfortable working in all weather conditions both lone working and as part of a team.
This is a customer facing role so good communication and customer care skills will be essential to providing effective service delivery.
The successful candidate will need to hold a clean UK driving licence. A full uniform and training will be provided.
