Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Processor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the order fulfilment process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the handling of orders. This position requires a strong understanding of the double glazing industry.

Duties

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt to fulfilment. Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders, providing updates and addressing any inquiries. Uphold excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers, providing a professional and friendly service. Assist in materials handling, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse.

Skills

Minimum of 1 year experience in order processing, data entry, or inside sales, preferably in the windows and doors or building materials industry. Must have current/recent experience Order Processing windows and doors Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail to minimise errors in order processing. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and external partners.
