Order Processor

to join our dynamic office team.

The Role:

As an Order Processor, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders for double glazing products. You'll work closely with the sales, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure that all specifications are correct and that the order process runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer orders using our in-house software Interpret technical drawings and specifications Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to confirm order details Ensure orders comply with manufacturing and installation requirements Maintain accurate records and documentation Resolve order discrepancies or queries promptly

Requirements:

Previous experience in an order processing or administrative role within the double glazing, fenestration, or construction industry preferred Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to read and understand technical product information Proficient in Microsoft Office and order processing software (experience with industry-specific systems such as Business Micros is an advantage) Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
