About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Order Processor to join our Customer Support team based at our Sandtoft site in Doncaster.


This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team where you can help us deliver excellent customer service to our customers.


You will be responsible for administration of our customer system (SAP), where you will be entering data quickly and accurately about their orders, deliveries and collections of products.


You will be making sure the system is up to date with the latest information and you will be making sure that any urgent issues are responded to quickly.


The role will allow you to use your attention to detail skills, as you will be checking order details with product codes, confirming customer requirements and addresses, and recording information that will help our logistics team to deliver the product on time.

About You

You will enjoy providing excellent service to your customers and you will have excellent attention to detail.


Good communication skills are essential (both written and verbal), as you'll be communicating via email and phone regularly.


You will work well under pressure and enjoy being part of a friendly team.


You will also have:


Able to work on own initiative Good analytical skills A positive attitude Have a proactive approach, thinking ahead to pre-empt problems before they occur, and problem solving if they do. Desirable - experience in a customer service environment

Hours of Work: 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
