Role Outline:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our Order Processing Department, which is responsible for receiving all customer quotes and/or orders and processing them accurately in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for receiving and checking satellite orders as well as processing amendments, redeliveries and remakes.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 17:00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Salary:

23,809.50 per annum

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Prioritise and process a list of pre-orders to convert to a full order on Evolution. Work through the list of pre-quotes to convert to a full quotation on Evolution. Prioritise pre-quotes where indicated as a new customer. Process each job accurately and efficiently. Obtain advice from other internal departments (as and when required) prior to sending a quote and/ or order. Pay attention to lead times and bought in products. Process redeliveries and remakes. Ensure EvoNet and Evolution are real time accurate. Be responsible for constant self-learning and updates by monitoring error rates. Be responsible for your individual targets and KPIs.

Person specification:

Excellent data entry skills in terms of accuracy, speed and volume. Keen eye for detail. Self-starter - able to work on own initiative with little supervision. Good interpersonal skills including the ability to deal effectively with client queries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident team player who is prepared to be flexible to meet requirements of their own team and others throughout busy periods of the business.
