We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Organisational Development Coordinator

to support the smooth delivery of staff development initiatives. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, from course administration to apprenticeship promotion, coaching scheme coordination, and continuous improvement of our learning resources.


The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of 16.92 per hour + holiday pay


Key Responsibilities:



Administer staff development courses, including timetabling, supplier liaison, invitations, materials, publicity, and feedback reporting. Act as the main point of contact for staff queries on development opportunities. Oversee the annual Professional Development Review (PDR) process, providing guidance, recording outcomes, and collating insights. Maintain and improve intranet content, researching, updating, and monitoring engagement. Promote the apprenticeship scheme, organising information sessions and supporting enquiries. Manage coaching scheme records, requests, reviews, and reporting. Research and promote new resources and learning pathways to enhance blended learning. Process purchase orders, invoices, and track OD expenditure. Support corporate induction and recommend improvements to the onboarding experience.

Strong written communication, proof-reading, and copywriting skills with creative flair. Ability to collect, analyse, and report meaningful data insights. Strong time management skills with the ability to balance multiple projects. Self-starter, quick learner, adaptable, and forward thinking. Calm, resilient, and solution-focused, with strong problem-solving skills. Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Skilled in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Power Query/Power Automate desirable).
