Under our brands 'The Tax Refund Team' & 'Can I Claim a Refund', we claim back tax for UK consumers that, in most cases, they didnt even know they were due!

We provide a professional but personal service to our clients and you'll spend your days chatting away with our clients and supporting them through the first stage of their claim.

All clients have completed an online application and signed an agreement to use our service so there's no cold calling and no sales involved.

Ideally, we'd like to speak to candidates who have experience in a call centre role, but if you don't have that, don't worry. As long as you're used to dealing with the public, have great conversation skills and a thirst to learn and develop, then we want to hear from you.

We don't just expect you to 'get on with it'! Well give you great training and coaching to help you get results. Our aim is to coach you to start earning bonus as soon as possible and

earn more money!



The role is permanent and is based at our offices in central Stockport, so its really easy to get to. The hours are pretty good as well...

9am til 7pm on Monday and Tuesday

9am til 6pm on Wednesday and Thursday

9am til 4pm on Friday

If you've achieved your performance target by 1pm on Friday, you would be given Friday afternoon off and still be paid for the hours!!



If you have a passion for delivering great customer service, love working in a team environment and have great communication skills, this role is perfect for you!

To be considered for the role you must have the following skills: -

A fantastic telephone manner First class communication skills Experience of working as part of a team The confidence to deal with a broad range of customers Excellent organisation skills Able to manage to your own workload Great attention to detail At least 3 years retail, hospitality or call centre experience is essential for this role
