Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive
Outbound Telesales Representative
to generate new business and support our growth in the commercial doors and roller shutters sector. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, knowledgeable about our product range, and capable of building strong relationships with key decision-makers in businesses across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to businesses to promote our range of automatic doors, roller shutters, and associated services
Identify potential clients such as property managers, facilities teams, construction firms, and commercial premises
Qualify leads, understand client requirements, and offer tailored solutions
Book appointments for site surveys or technical consultations
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate CRM database
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Follow up with existing clients for repeat business, upgrades, and maintenance contracts
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technical developments
Collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to ensure smooth handovers from sales to service
Skills & Experience Required
Experience in outbound telesales, preferably in a B2B environment
Background or familiarity with commercial access systems (e.g., automatic doors, shutters, gates) is highly desirable but not essential
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to understand and explain products in a clear and customer-friendly way
Target-driven, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
Comfortable using CRM and sales tracking tools
Self-motivated with excellent time management
Qualifications
Minimum GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Sales training or industry-specific knowledge (advantageous but not essential)
