What You'll Be Doing
Your role will be varied and hands-on. Key responsibilities include:
Cold calling to generate new business leads
Diary management and scheduling jobs
Organising cleaners and field staff
Carrying out sales calls (phone and door-to-door)
Attending networking events to represent Eighty Eight
General PA duties to support the Director
Taking on whatever the day throws at you -- no two days are the same!
Who We're Looking For
Confident on the phone and face-to-face
Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities
Resilient and adaptable -- thrives under pressure
A self-starter with a proactive attitude
Happy to work across both operations and sales
Previous experience in sales, PA, recruitment, or admin roles is a plus
Full UK driving licence required (for networking & site visits)
