We are currently looking for a multi skilled and organised PA to the Company Directors. This is a permanent, full-time position supporting our Directors business and individual needs. A driving licence is essential for this role due to the need for occasional travel.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage diary and appointments
Support management for email inboxes
Help manage output, workflow and deadlines
Take and relay meeting minutes, telephone call messages and answer queries where possible
Collect and open mail addressed to Directors
Draft, type and dispatch director's correspondence
Liaise with relevant individuals and external organisations to arrange meetings, prepare agendas and draft minutes
Maintain a comprehensive filing system
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Travel, evening and weekend work may be required on occasion
Undertake any other duties as requested by the directors'
Our ideal PA will have:
A minimum of four years personal assistant/secretarial experience
Strictest levels of confidentiality
Excellent typing skills
Excellent organisation skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Professional telephone and office manner
Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Well-presented and personable
Adaptable, flexible and can work unsupervised
