Now we're looking for a dynamic
Packing & Labelling Production Supervisor
to ensure our beautifully iced biscuits are perfectly packaged.
What you'll do:
Lead and inspire a team of 7, reporting to the Head of Production.
Ensure smooth, efficient operations with top-quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives.
Manage training, performance, and compliance with food safety and health and safety.
Collaborate across departments and support production goals.
What you'll bring:
Experience in leading a team in a Food manufacturing environment
Excellent organisational & computer skills.
A positive, proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for quality and efficiency.
