We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Centre Manager to lead the opening journey of our latest club - Padel4all Fareham.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organisational skills, with a proven track record in management, programming, and team supervision. This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving centre performance through effective management practices.
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment, implementing merchandising strategies, and ensuring smooth administrative functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader to contribute to the growth and success of Padel4all.
Responsibilities
As Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the running of the Centre, its success and all that it entails, including but not limited to;
Day to day running of the facility.
Maintaining the highest standards of Health and Safety and security.
Inspiring and developing a high performing team.
Providing excellent levels of customer service, consistently going above and beyond to deliver.
Creating and delivering a programme of sessions and events to facilitate players of all abilities.
Managing budgets, KPIs, P&L and driving club performance.
Developing valuable local partnerships, enhancing brand awareness and boosting revenue.
Producing monthly and quarterly reports for Directors and Investors.
Act as a mentor and leader for all centre team members and provide a Continuous Professional Development training matrix which meets the needs of the business.
Work in collaboration with the Group Operations Manager and other Centre Managers to provide the best possible experience for Padel4all customers.
A flexible approach to working hours to include evenings and weekends.
Requirements
An independent and social problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives, build trust and communicate effectively to a diverse group of stakeholders.
In addition to this we believe the right person has the following qualifications and experience:
A talented and engaged experienced Gym/Facility/Club Manager.
A strategic and commercial growth mindset.
Proven experience of developing high performing teams and able to balance strong people skills whilst positively impacting the commercial results.
Tenacity, high integrity and accountability with a desire to do the right thing to a high standard are a must.
A proven track record in delivering financial and operational performance in a single site club.
A true passion for padel and racket sports, and experience within the health and leisure industry.
Exceptional time management skills.
Experience in racket sports is preferred but not essential.
