Norfolk Premier Golf is expanding! Alongside our busy golf course, driving range, golf shop, and sports bar, we're excited to be adding two brand-new outdoor padel tennis courts, due to open this August.
The Role
We're looking for someone energetic, sociable, and full of ideas to introduce the sport to our current audience and bring in a new one. You might be a tennis player, a coach looking to diversify, or simply someone excited by the fast-growing sport of padel and eager to be part of its rise. Coaching experience is helpful, but a genuine passion and positive attitude matter most.. You'll have the chance to shape what padel at Norfolk Premier Golf looks like.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering engaging beginner and improver padel sessions
Promoting padel across our venue and local community
Using social media to build excitement and awareness
Organising and running social matches, leagues, and competitions
Working closely with our management team to shape class schedules and events
Helping generate buzz around the new courts before and after launch
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for padel . Coaching qualifications are a bonus but not essential
Confident communicator with a warm, welcoming personality
Social media savvy, comfortable creating short videos, stories, or posts
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
