Job Description

Join our team as we launch Sutton's first Padel Tennis venue and be part of the the sport revolution sweeping the UK.

Responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):

- Customer and community:



Ensuring excellent visitor satisfaction. Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with our potential customers & customers. Manage collaborations with local organisations, building the relationship to enable S3's social impact initiatives. Handle customer relations, addressing grievances and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

-Colleagues / Team



Work collaboratively with the venue team and head office. Aid in growing and developing the community of padel players in Sutton. Collaborate with cross-venue colleagues and partners where required

-Operations



Assist in the daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service Log daily compliance checks Aid in the implementation of policies, processes and procedures Aid in creating and delivering lesson plans and Sutton's session timetable Providing feedback, guidance, and monitoring of customer's progress. Aid in the organisation & delivery of tournaments. Aiding in the maintenance and repairs of the venue grounds, property, equipment, and facilities. Managing administrative tasks assigned to yourself. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, implementing and monitoring safety protocols.

-Business management and development



Work with the Venue Manager & Director of Operations to drive continuous improvement in venue offering and experience (based on feedback from customers, relevant partners, stakeholders, other data, 'market' and wider trends) Proactively drive sales and court occupancy Help optimise the venue to maintain a vibrant and thriving padel community. Ensuring that the venue and facilities are clean and organised. Assist in organising and sell corporate events, private events, and build relationships with local schools & Organisations. Assist in venue marketing (incl. social media platforms), collaborating with the marketing team to enhance engagement, brand recognition and drive revenue. Aid in the Development of an operation's manual for the efficient functioning of the venue. Work with sponsors and partners to develop the site.

-Coaching



Undertaking sessions according to the programme timetable and ensure classes commence at the designated times. Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of sessions, including equipment set-up and take-down. Maintaining qualifications, licensing and CPD/ training requirements. Programming and developing the venue coaching schedule. Managing the training and development of the club activators. Provide 121 coaching to customers. Organising and leading group and individual coaching session
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 35.00-45.00 per hour
