We are looking for a Paid Digital Marketing Specialist to join our European team. A PPC specialist who thrives on collaboration with colleagues across the globe and is motivated to drive our growth ambitions across Europe.


In this new, remote role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that truly make an impact. Think Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta. Your focus will be on increasing brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the sales pipeline in markets including the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, Germany, Norway, and Sweden.

In this role, you'll work closely with our international marketing team and external agencies. You'll translate strategic objectives into smart media plans and high-performing campaigns. You understand the full customer journey, use data as your compass, and know how to turn complex B2B services into focused and relevant campaigns -- even in markets with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers.


Key Responsibilities:




Develop digital marketing strategies across paid search, social, display, content syndication, and more Manage and optimize campaigns daily -- from targeting and bidding strategies to budget allocation Write, test, and analyze ad content that resonates with key decision-makers (CFOs, COOs, CIOs) Collaborate on A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages Report campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, including actionable recommendations Contribute to broader marketing strategy development, including quarterly and annual planning Stay current on platform changes, best practices, and paid media trends in B2B marketing

What you bring to the table:




3-5 years of experience in paid digital marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or ERP environment Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution models, and reporting tools Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Business Suite Analytical mindset and familiarity with tools like Excel, Looker Studio, or similar Ability to write compelling ad copy and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously A collaborative spirit with experience working across sales, content, and MarOps teams Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Pardot, or Marketo is a plus
