About the Role:

This is not a learning-on-the-job position. We're looking for someone who knows how to drive

real ROI

. You'll be responsible for planning, managing, and optimising high-performance paid campaigns, with a focus on

Google Ads

,

LinkedIn Ads & Meta Ads

--but with the flexibility to adapt to TikTok, and beyond.

You will:

Strategically build, manage, and scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and more. Drive measurable results for our clients--think increased conversions, reduced CPA, and clear profit. Analyse performance data and adjust strategy in real-time to maximise ROI. Work closely with creatives, strategists, and account managers to align media with client goals. Stay informed on digital advertising trends and platform updates.

You should have:

Proven experience delivering ROI-positive paid ad campaigns for businesses (will need to see previous experience). Confidence in managing and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta & LinkedIn Ads. A performance-driven mindset, with strong analytical and reporting skills. A solid understanding of Cornwall's lifestyle landscape--local culture, consumer habits, and community values. Residency in Cornwall or very close by--this is a locally grounded role.
