We're on the lookout for a

Paid Media Specialist

to join our talented, friendly team. You'll take the lead on crafting and delivering paid media strategies for a diverse range of B2B clients across life sciences, property, professional services and charities. Many are leaders in their fields - all are doing work that matters.

Here, you won't just become a paid media expert. You'll develop into a well-rounded digital marketer in an environment that nurtures talent, sparks curiosity and encourages creativity and collaboration.

What you'll be doing:

Creating and managing paid media campaigns (Google, social, display, remarketing) Using tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Moz to track, report and optimise Supporting SEO and digital performance analysis Managing multiple projects with a focus on ROI and long-term client value Staying ahead of digital trends and advising clients accordingly

What we're looking for:

You'll bring hands-on experience in paid media and a strong grasp of digital platforms. You'll be a confident communicator who enjoys building client relationships and bringing fresh thinking to the table.

Experience with:

Google Ads, social advertising, and automation tools Website CMSs like WordPress SEO and performance analytics tools (Moz, SEMrush) Email marketing and social media platforms
