We're looking for a skilled Paid Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role requires confidence in planning, executing, and optimising high-impact campaigns, along with hands-on experience using tools such as Pardot and Salesforce.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident managing budgets, and knows how to drive results through smart targeting, testing, and data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities:



Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google. Use Pardot and Salesforce to manage campaign workflows, nurture leads, and align activity with sales goals. Manage and allocate campaign budgets to maximise ROI and meet lead generation and awareness objectives. Run ABM (Account-Based Marketing) campaigns using platforms like ZoomInfo to target key decision-makers. Deliver clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders based on Google Analytics and campaign data. Stay informed on digital trends, platform updates, and performance opportunities to improve campaign impact. Support copywriting for ads and campaign assets to ensure consistent, engaging messaging across platforms.

Requirements:



2-3 years' experience in a digital marketing or paid media role (agency or in-house). Strong working knowledge of Pardot and Salesforce is essential. Experience running ABM campaigns with ZoomInfo or similar platforms. Proven success managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Ads. Confident managing media budgets and optimising spend based on performance. Strong analytical mindset and experience with Google Analytics and campaign reporting tools. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and internal teams. Detail-oriented, organised, and able to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
