We are currently seeking a
skilled and experienced Sprayer
to take charge of the spraying department in our busysign making and engineering workshop
. This is a hands-on role with responsibility and autonomy, ideal for someone looking to step up and lead in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
Manage all spraying operations within the workshop Work closely with the Operations Manager Receive and interpret job sheets accurately Order and manage necessary equipment and materials Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Health & Safety standards
What We're Looking For
Previous spraying experience (industrial, automotive, or similar) Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations Self-motivated and reliable with good time management Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Signage spraying experience is a bonus, but not essential - support and training provided
