Job Summary

We are a well-established, family-owned, market leading manufacturing company based in Torfaen. We are currently looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic skilled Paint sprayer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for spraying a wide variety of parts.

We offer a competitive rate of pay, a four-day week, ever other week and long-term opportunities to progress through the company.

Overtime also available paid at time and a half weekdays and Saturday and double time for Sunday. (on basic pay)

Duties

Preparing fabrications/manufactured components for commercial painting Spraying fabrications/components Masking & filling bodywork Setting up painting equipment Maintain an organised and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.

Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time Great attitude

Hours of Work

Mornings

Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:30 (1/2 Hr Lunch Unpaid)

Friday 06:00 - 13:30 (1/2 Hr Lunch Unpaid)

43 hrs per week

Afternoons

Monday - Thursday 13:45 - 22:15 (1/2 Hr Lunch Unpaid)

35 hrs per week
