Paralegal (commercial Customer Facing)
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our expanding customer facing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the business through its continued customer growth, with a focus on setting up AI Knowledge banks, workflow automation, and contract templates. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of legal tasks, providing essential support to our commercial operations and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
AI Knowledge Banks: Assist in the development and maintenance of AI-driven knowledge banks to streamline legal processes and enhance information accessibility across the department.
Workflow Automation: Collaborate with the legal team to identify opportunities for workflow automation, improving efficiency and reducing manual tasks in contract management and other legal operations.
Contract Templates: Design and implement standardized contract templates for various commercial agreements and NDAs, ensuring compliance and consistency across the organization.
Commercial Agreements: Serve as a key point of contact for reviewing and negotiating all commercial agreements and NDAs, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1+ years' experience as a paralegal in a commercial setting.
Proven experience with a variety of commercial contracts and NDAs.
Familiarity with AI technologies and workflow automation tools is highly desirable.
Strong self-starter attitude with the ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking.
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in legal technology or innovation projects.
Knowledge of contract lifecycle management systems.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations and compliance.
