Salary / Rate - Negotiable for the right candidate

Priced Work - 6/7 per m to Erect and 3/3.5 per m to Dismantle

Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Part 1 Scaffolder to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who have completed their CISRS Part 1 Scaffolding training and are looking to gain hands-on experience in the industry. You will assist in erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffolding structures under the supervision of experienced scaffolders while ensuring safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures. Work under the guidance of experienced scaffolders to develop skills and knowledge. Load and unload scaffolding materials safely. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Perform basic checks and inspections on scaffolding components. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Adhere to site-specific safety procedures and risk assessments.
Requirements:

CISRS Part 1 Scaffolding qualification. Valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one). Basic understanding of scaffolding components and safe working practices. Physically fit and comfortable working at heights. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. A proactive attitude towards health and safety.
Desirable:

Previous experience in scaffolding or construction. Awareness of manual handling and working at height regulations. Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential).
