The Role:
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Bookings & Admin Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. You'll be the key point of contact for parents and customers, ensuring smooth administration and seamless bookings across our sports coaching sessions, holiday camps, and childcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage bookings, enquiries, and payments from parents/carers via phone, email, and booking systems
Maintain accurate records of registrations, attendance, and compliance documents
Support the leadership team with day-to-day administration (invoices, reports, scheduling, etc.)
Communicate with parents professionally, providing excellent customer service
Assist in the coordination of staff rotas and session planning
Ensure policies, safeguarding requirements, and health & safety standards are upheld
What We're Looking For:
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Confident communicator with great customer service skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and booking/payment platforms (training provided if needed)
Previous admin, bookings, or office management experience desirable
A proactive team player who can also work independently
An interest in sports, childcare, or education would be a bonus
