We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Bookkeeper to manage financial records and support our accounting functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, processing transactions, and assisting with financial reporting. Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is correctly recorded
Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries for management review
Manage invoice processing, expense tracking, and payment schedules
Support year-end closing procedures and audit preparations
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
Skills
Proven experience with accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management
Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple tasks
Good communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and external auditors
Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
