We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to support our client, a leader in independent retirement living. This is your chance to join a dynamic, fast-growing team where your dedication to service excellence will be truly valued.




What you will be responsible for:




Provide outstanding customer service via a variety of channels Responding and resolving customer queries and or complaints Brand ambassador for your client Make sure the customer is at the heart of every conversation Being the first point of contact for all customer queries





What you'll bring:




Outstanding written communication, with the ability to be versatile in your approach to adapt your style for each customer A desire and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service ensuring an empathetic approach Experience in complaint handling Works well within a team Confident IT skills Flexibility, professionalism, drive and willingness to learn





Working Hours and location




Part time - 20 hours per week Week 1: 14:00-18:00 Monday to Friday Week 2: 14:00-18:00 Monday to Wednesday, 08:00-12:00 Saturday and 12:00-16:00 Sunday This role is based in our office in Southend-On-Sea
