Part-Time Finance Assistant (1-2 Days per Week, On-Site in Bath)
We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Finance Assistant
to support our creative businesses --
Roomytown INC & LTD
(a wholesale homewares & gift brand). This is a part-time, flexible role (1-2 days per week), with a mix of working from our Bath office and from home.
About Us
Roomytown (UK & USA)
: A fast-growing wholesale and DTC gift and homewares brand, selling online (Shopify, Etsy, Faire) and through major retail accounts.
Roomytown UK & USA
Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the finance department
Maintaining accurate records in the finance system
Upload & code AP bills
Run weekly AP report
Allocating incoming payments
Run weekly AR report
Support the Finance Manager with bank account reconciliations
Post monthly manual journals for salary payments
Liaise with external accountants as and when required
Processing staff expense claims
What We're Looking For
Proven bookkeeping experience, ideally with product-based/inventory businesses
Strong working knowledge of
Xero
(experience with inventory tracking a plus) &
Excel
Comfort working across multiple entities (UK & US)
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage financial admin efficiently
Someone proactive, organised, and happy to work independently

: 1-2 days per week (flexible)
