Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time Laundry Person to join our team. This role involves ironing and maintaining the quality of laundry items, ensuring they meet our high standards. The position requires working 6-12 hours a week, specifically on Tuesdays and Fridays, with the possibility of additional hours as needed. Ideal candidates will have experience in a hotel environment, contributing to a professional and efficient laundry service.
Duties
Ironing various types of linens and garments to ensure a crisp and clean appearance Inspecting items for stains or damage before processing Folding and organising laundered items for easy storage and distribution Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the laundry area
Experience
Previous experience in a hotel or similar environment is highly desirable Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent organisational skills with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 6 - 12 per week
