Macro Manufacturing Ltd is seeking an experienced, reliable, and self-directed
Part-Time Office Administrator
to manage core administrative functions within a manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, maintain accurate systems, and provide strong operational admin support, with involvement in workshop coordination and procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration and business support tasks autonomously
Maintain internal systems including
data entry, filing, record keeping, and documentation
Provide administrative support for workshop jobs, schedules, and internal communication
Assist with
workshop coordination when required
, ensuring smooth workflow between office and production
Support
buying and procurement administration
(raising purchase orders, placing supplier orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining purchasing records)
Liaise professionally with suppliers and internal teams
Support stock and supplies administration, keeping records accurate and up to date
Skills & Experience
Proven office administration experience, ideally in
manufacturing, workshop, or industrial settings
Strong data entry accuracy and Excel competency
Comfortable managing purchasing
administration independently
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to manage priorities
Solutions-focused, proactive, and confident working without supervision
Reliable, professional, and process-driven
