Join our dynamic enforcement team dedicated to delivering professional and efficient services. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our office operations on a part-time basis.



Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Office Administrator to work two days per week (every Tuesday and Thursday). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within our fast-paced enforcement company.

Working Hours

Schedule: 2 days per week (Tuesday and Thursday) Hours: Must be available to start early (from 7AM) Contract Type: Part-time, zero hours contract

Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support



Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the enforcement team Manage and maintain accurate records, both electronic and paper-based Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and telephone calls Prepare and process documentation relevant to enforcement procedures Maintain filing systems and ensure easy retrieval of information

Data Management



Input and update data accurately in various systems and databases Generate regular reports using Microsoft Excel (advanced skill in Excel is preferred) Analyse data and present findings clearly to management Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times

Communication



Serve as the first point of contact for clients and stakeholders Communicate professionally and effectively with team members, clients, and external agencies Relay important information promptly to relevant parties Draft and prepare correspondence as required

Requirements & Qualifications



Essential Criteria

Age Requirement: Mid-30s onwards Experience: Proven experience in an office administration role Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis Availability: Must be able to start work early in the day from 7AM
Local to SW19, Wimbledon or able to commute under than 30 minutes
