Part-Time Administrative Assistant
to support our busy office.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Answer phone calls and emails, assisting clients and tenants professionally.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and meeting documents.
Assist with scheduling and diary management for team members.
Take accurate minutes during client meetings (occasional evenings via Teams/Zoom or in person).
Provide cover during staff absences or periods of high workload.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year practical experience in an office administrative role (essential).
Excellent verbal and written English skills.
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, and email systems).
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently.
Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evening meetings.
This is an Office Based Role
Hours:
Part-time, flexible to cover staff leave/sickness and occasional evening meetings
Salary:
Based on experience,
in line with or above National Minimum Wage
