About the Role - Office Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Office Assistant to support general administrative tasks, customer service, and data management. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Perform general office tasks such as managing emails, organising files, scheduling appointments, and handling internal documentation.
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, helping to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Data Entry & Excel Work:
Use Excel to update spreadsheets, manage product or service data, and help maintain accurate records across systems.
Logistics & Order Support:
Assist with tracking deliveries, updating order statuses, and liaising with couriers to ensure smooth operations.
Team Coordination:
Collaborate with various teams (e.g. fulfilment, customer support) to ensure tasks are completed and processes run efficiently.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
