Job Overview


Pocock and Shaw is an independent wholly owned practice which provides a quality personal service for both residential sales and lettings.

The part-time administrator will be required to deal with the day to day management of properties within the residential sales portfolio.

The requirement is for a proactive, versatile and confident individual who will be able to carry out required tasks to a satisfactory level following specific instructions and complying with legislation. Where necessary training will be provided. The successful candidate will be organised, efficient, able to meet deadlines and work accurately under pressure. Excellent customer service should be maintained at all times.

Responsibilities



Produce property particulars Set up files with ID and anti-money laundering checks Arrange floor plans, professional photography and EPC's Up date online property portals Answer telephone and take detailed accurate messages Arrange viewing appointments and report feedback to the sellers Produce valuation letters and reports for inheritance tax valuations Produce sales memorandums and sales invoicing

Skills



Excellent standard of literacy and numeracy Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Accurate and fast audio typing skills Strong and effective communication skills Team player with flexible approach
