Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene within an office in Caxton Way, Watford.

This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Experience in commercial cleaning is highly valued, but we are also open to training enthusiastic individuals who are eager to learn.

Candidate will be required to attend on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

2 hours per visit. 6 hours per week. More hours available if candidate is successful in this job.

Candidate can attend between 5.00am - 8.00am or 6.00pm-9.00pm. Preferred shift time to be confirmed at interview stage.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, vacuum, and scrub surfaces to ensure a high standard of cleanliness. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored correctly and replenished as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning tasks.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks efficiently. Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities or tasks as needed.
