Experienced Payroll Administrator required 2 days per week with possible additional hours at peak times, for small weekly/monthly payroll in the hospitality industry. Working for an independent family-owned hotel & bars in the Cotswolds and wider area.
You will be responsible for payroll administration ensuring timely execution. You will be required to complete all weekly/monthly/year end procedures and administration relating to the payroll process: Including data entry, starters/leavers, pensions, BACS files and payroll journals
Skills required include an understanding of HMRC rules and regulations. Knowledge of Sage payroll and Sage accounts would be an advantage. Will need to be numerate and organised with attention to detail. The ability to prioritise tasks and work within a small team in the head office.
Part-time, permanent position. 15 hours per week. Monday and Tuesday, but possible Wednesday working if a public holiday.
Salary 27,000-28,000 pro rata
Ideally minimum of two years payroll experience using a computerised payroll system
