Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features when necessary Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays Upsell additional items to maximise sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Handle customer enquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy Manage stock levels, organise merchandise, and restock shelves as required Assist with organising promotional events and seasonal displays Ensure the sales floor remains clean, organised, and welcoming at all times Support team members with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning

Skills

Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly advantageous Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and stock counts Proficient phone etiquette when dealing with customer inquiries or follow-ups Demonstrated ability to upsell products tactfully without pressuring customers Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing displays Good organisational skills to maintain an orderly sales environment Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
