Job Description


PLAION are expanding their team and are looking for a Partner Content Manager to join the Partner Strategy and Insights team based in the UK.

As the Partner Content Manager, you\'ll work closely with the Partner Team to create compelling written, audio, and visual content to give partners added value content that delights as well as being interesting public facing content to help business development.

This role includes the creation of thought-provoking infographics and other visually stimulating analysis pieces to provide partners with valuable information.

You\'ll also create regular social and PR content that draws either upon commercial insight data or information surrounding product launches that serves up visual interest and/or opinion pieces that can be shared via PLAION Group social channels.

  • Develop and manage a content plan that supports strategic relationships with video game partners using social media platforms such as LinkedIn, industry business publications and internal channels (PLAION Post, internal emails etc.)
  • Establish a workflow calendar for creating, editing, publishing, and retiring content in line with business and Partner needs
  • Work closely with the Insights Team and Partner Team to identify content and topics that will resonate with existing supplier partners and potential partners
  • Create and deliver engaging content and messaging for intranet, email, newsletters, collateral, video, spotlight features, scripts, talking points, articles, event invitations etc.) consistent with Partner Team/Partner objectives - clear, concise, and engaging, obsessed with end-user experience
  • Use metrics to measure the success of Partner Team/Partner comms and adjust future campaigns accordingly
  • Regularly reviewing the effectiveness of content with both the Insights and Partner Teams so that key learnings can be applied to future communications
  • Capture any business development leads generated via partner content creation i.e., via LinkedIn and share these with relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and sales, to ensure the that communications reflect the input of all stakeholders
  • Remain up to speed with new developments in social media communications
The skills and experience you\'ll bring to the role\xe2\x80\xa6
  • Experience creating and producing innovative engagement content with an emphasis on end-user experience, digital media/social collaborative platforms
  • Experience of working either agency side, with business publications or in a hospitality events business preferred.
  • A focus on a high quality, personalised customer experience
  • Editing, proofreading, layout, and design skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for writing and creating compelling content
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality in all media assets created
  • Creative and strategic thinking, with a passion for video games and the gaming industry
  • Team player mentality with the ability to interact, influence, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and build strong, positive working relationships
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or related work experience is preferable
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite is a plus
