Partner Development Manager



You will......




You will proactively develop and grow Cyber Security products and services into our existing IT reseller channel. Leveraging our go to market strategy and value proposition, you will add value and become a trusted advisor within your account base.


This is a role where you will develop a strong understanding of the full range of products and services offered by Ingram Micro Cyber Security within the portfolio to enable you to provide best in class service and support.



You will own the delivery of a revenue, front end margin and trading partner goals whilst supporting IM finance to ensure timely payments are being made by your customers. You will drive the peer to peer engagement across Ingram Micro and your customer, whilst building and developing the network of relevant vendor peers.



What your role as an Partner Development Manager will involve:

Proactively develop product and service adoption across your customer base Build trusted relationships with partners by aligning Ingram Micro's value proposition to their business strategy Own and deliver revenue, margin, and trading partner targets within your account portfolio Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor peers to create and execute joint business plans Act as the main point of contact between your customers, Ingram Micro, and partner Support timely financial transactions by coordinating with our finance team and your partners Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of deals and drive them through to close Deliver compelling presentations and contribute to strategic discussions both internally and externally

To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and Experience



Being self-motivated and organised is a key part of this role in order to manage partner relationships, pipeline and partner plans efficiently.

Experience in B2B or B2C sales within the IT channel (essential) Background in account management and building long-term client relationships Interest in technology and familiarity with cloud-based services Ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities and see them through to completion Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to present information to a range of audiences Flexibility and adaptability in responding to customer and vendor needs A values-led mindset with a focus on integrity and results
