Our partnerships are an integral part of our accelerated growth strategy. As such, we require an experienced

Sales Growth Lead

to align our services and offerings with our partners and grow our business in line with their annual growth objectives. The role involves building tactical, strategic, and meaningful relationships with Sales, Consulting, and Partner organisations to generate partner-centric new opportunities with both new and existing clients. This is a role for someone with a "builder" attitude, as we seek to accelerate our channel strategy.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:




Business Development & Market Growth




Drive joint business plans with partners, holding each party accountable for their commitments Working hand in glove with our Marketing team to launch partner-centric solutions and build brand visibility to both existing and new customers Align with consulting and vertical teams to support demand generation Co-create impactful outbound and account-based campaigns Engage internal stakeholders to support pipeline strategies Ensure partner-facing materials clearly differentiate our offerings Build and grow your network within the partner ecosystem

Relationship Development




Build strong, trusted relationships with partner account teams and solution leads Foster peer-to-peer connections across internal leadership (e.g. Head of Marketing, CGO, Head of Consulting) Network with ISVs and other partners to grow community, market intelligence, and referrals Represent the company at trade shows, partner events, and industry forums Strengthen relationships with internal SMEs and Practice Leaders Own and drive partner NPS performance

Demand Conversion




Deliver against pipeline and revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationships with field sales teams Lead partner-centric pursuits, managing all internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with partners, clients, and internal teams throughout the negotiation process Act as SME in broader transformation initiatives led by growth leaders Work closely with CGO and CFO to shape pricing strategy

ABOUT YOU




You will bring

5+ years of experience

in enterprise partner sales and development, with a

proven track record of generating revenue through strategic partnerships

.


As a high performer, you will have a strong understanding of

partner ecosystems

, be highly organised and take pride in maintaining a strong network and reputation in the market, having built

trusted, long-term relationships

with partners. You will be able to work autonomously and resourcefully, knowing that initially you will need to be a "rainmaker" as you build your team over time.


Specific must haves for this role:




Strong background in Partner business operating in the data, analytics and business intelligence arena Good understanding of the broad aspects of data transformation and the business and technology landscape challenges that lead to it Experience of working with and leveraging Partner Funding Having worked Data Solution partnerships before such as: AWS, Microsoft, Google product sets or more solution based ISV's such as Databricks, Snowflake, MongoDB or others Ability to manage change with ease with a growth mindset
