About the Service
The Mental Health and Wellbeing Partnership in Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) brings together Second Step, Alabare, Missing Link and Nilaari in collaboration with the NHS and other local partners. This innovative partnership delivers responsive, trauma-informed, and integrated services for people with moderate to severe mental health needs. We're working to make expert mental health support more accessible, timely, and inclusive across our communities.
About You
As a Partnership Administrator, you'll be a key member of our team, supporting the Senior Managers and Partnership Board. Your role will include: Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including diary management, minute-taking, and document preparation.
Supporting partnership projects, coordinating meetings, managing communications, and maintaining information systems.
Helping organise events, supporting operational effectiveness, and managing internal and external communications with professionalism and initiative.
You'll need to bring:
At least two years' experience in administration or business support.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, organise meetings and take accurate minutes.
A proactive approach, excellent written and verbal communication, and a strong eye for detail.
A passion for working collaboratively and helping improve mental health services.
