The role of the Partnership Account Executive is to support the wider partnerships team, with a focus on growing revenue through efficient and accurate planning, process management and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities
Key responsibility (40%)
: Become an expert in gPlanning & Ensure all campaigns are planned accurately and within budget.
Key responsibility (40%)
: Support the partnerships team through administrative tasks including collating audio, management of prize winners and other duties to ensure all campaign objectives are met.
Key responsibility (20%)
: Demonstrate interaction and expertise in gLabs tools and business intelligence systems such as Ralf II or TGI.

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you'll have:Full understanding of Global's systems & planning tools, with the ability to independently use Salesforce, gPlan, gOpps, gProject, gPrize etc.
Gained exceptional knowledge of Global brands, our offering and a good understanding of our agencies.
Demonstrated excellent patch management and contributing to process improvements within the team.
Shown accurate planning and attention to detail on all projects
Demonstrated excellent time management & communication skills

A working understanding of Microsoft teams, excel, keynote and powerpoint.

If one of our roles has caught your eye, the first step is to submit your application. You'll be asked for a CV, and sometimes a cover letter too. We love nothing more than seeing what you're passionate about, so portfolios, videos and demos are always a great addition at this stage.
The process
If we think you're a great fit, one of our team will get in touch for a chat. This will usually be an informal call, where we get to know each other a little better. After this, you'll go into a first stage interview with the hiring team.
Interview and meet the team
This is where you'll meet your potential manager, and some of your teammates. Sometimes these interviews include a task to complete ahead of time, which you'll run through in the session. Aside from the task, it's a good idea to look through our values and see how they align with your own. We also love questions -- so don't forget to use this as an opportunity to interview us too.
What's next?
After all interviews are completed, we'll get back to you as quickly as possible. This is usually within a few weeks of applying, and slightly longer for busier roles. If our stars align, our recruitment team will be in touch with the good news! They'll talk you through the next steps, like signing your contract and the onboarding process.
