About the Role
We're introducing a new role within our Germany Partnerships team to provide essential administrative support as we continue to grow TopCashback's presence in the German market.
As Partnerships Support Executive, you will work closely with and report directly to the Partnerships Manager, assisting both the Manager and the Partnerships Executive with the administrative side of their work. Your main focus will be on keeping our merchant content accurate, updating promotions, and handling day-to-day operational tasks that keep the team running smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for a native-level German speaker looking to start their career in a fast-paced online business environment, gaining exposure to how partnerships and campaigns are run while developing solid organisational and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Partnerships Manager and Partnerships Executive, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Merchant & Offer Management:
Upload new merchants to the site, update and expire brands and offers, and ensure cashback rates are correctly set up as instructed by the team.
Promotion Administration:
Upload and update promotions, cashback rates, and codes on the German site, ensuring accuracy and relevance for members.
Proof of Promotion:
Take and organise screenshots of placements to share with brands and internal stakeholders as proof of promotion.
Quality Assurance:
Check the site regularly to ensure offers are correctly displayed and aligned with partner agreements, improving the member experience.
Competitor Monitoring:
Support the team by gathering competitor cashback rates and promotional activity to help maintain our competitive edge.
Campaign & Peak Season Support:
Provide essential administrative and site support during busy promotional periods such as Black Friday or holiday sales.
General Team Assistance:
Maintain accurate records, update internal systems, and support the Partnerships team with other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
Requirements / Skills
Native-level German and English skills (written and spoken).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Communication and interpersonal skills to maintain professional relationships with partners.
Attention to detail and accuracy when updating offers, cashback rates, and promotional content.
Ability to quickly learn and work with proprietary business tools
Proactive team player with a professional approach.
