As a Parts Manager you'll be responsible for overseaing the Parts department. You will also be working closely with the aftersales team in the dealership to understand what parts are required for the work that is coming into the dealership. It's important you understand stock management and build up a good working relationship with the external parts supplier.
Your role as a Parts Manager will be to ensure that all parts orders are efficiently and accurately processed and that all stock purchase records are correctly maintained. You will also ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
You will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will be required to complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner and log any discrepancies of stock with the Aftersales Manager.

We're looking for you to have done a similar supervisor role in a dealership environment. You should have a good understanding of parts ordering and be able to prioritise your workload efficiently.
You should be proactive and a team player.
Communication is important in this role.
