Duties
Manage daily office operations and ensure an organised workspace.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and maintain documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Support clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows.
Qualifications
Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles.
Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Demonstrated clerical experience in a professional setting.
